This was the only office who returned my phone call and I called 4 different places. When we went in for a check up, we found out our son was going to have to have some dental treatments and our son was very apprehensive about the whole situation. Dr. Iseman not only put our son's fears at rest, he also did a fantastic, quick job and called that evening to check and make sure our son was doing ok after the procedure. If we had not moved away, I would still be using their services. They are a wonderful office and everyone in the office is very helpful and knowledgeable about their area of expertise. I would give more stars if I could but 5 was the most. If you want a wonderful dentist for your child, call here. They will treat them wonderfully and keep them from being "scared" of the dentist and want to go back even after having treatments performed. She told her things she said hurt didn't. And if they did she was in biiiiiig trouble. (She stabbed her in the gums and they were bleeding...). If your child is the least bit sensitive, or you prefer your kiddos receive care they deserve, I highly suggest avoiding this place. Also, their website claims they have a 4.1 average. Google currently shows a 2.x rating here for doctor, and sub 3.8 on the clinic overall. We confirmed they worked well with neurodiverse kiddos in advance. I explained to her that I have Delta Dental Insurance and it should cost around $90 or less. She became indignant and claimed that I was not a good fit for their dental office. So, if they try to overcharge you, and you say anything, they will (triangulate) and attack you, and claim, "You're not a good fit" - it's ridiculous.
