There's nothing like coming back home to a auto shop that knows exactly what your needs are and if it's not in stock no worries, they do all they can to help you. I never been told that I would have to order whatsoever I need online, like most new auto parts store do or rudly been pushed aside to another person, in the middle of an conversation about a wrong oil filter and then threatened to throw me out..because I didn't think it was right to leave me hanging on just to service someone else that was behind me. Mean while it was getting dark and my motorhome is parked outside without a oil filer which was the wrong size. This person finally gave me another one, AGAIN!! it was the wrong size. Went back to O Reilly, Walsenburg, Co, told the manager what happened, he gave me the right filter and kept his employee on. I never stepped into that store again and never will. If I can't go to Carquest where a person can get professional help and great service, I go to Autozone next to Albertsons for filters ETC, while picking up my presciptions, but for auto parts Carquest is beyond rated over 5 stars

I found them through a review noting they did great work at a good price and it was spot on…read more The greatest service and quality of work ever. I was in La Junta on vacation when I had problems with my car. They were able to fix it quickly (they even pushed other customers off because I had to be to work the next day) and more importantly - THEY DID NOT GOUGE ME ON THE PRICE. Many places would have taken advantage of a person traveling and under the gun but they were complete professionals!!! If you have to get work done or even just want to get an oil change in La Junta, this is the place.
