The front desk staff are BEYOND RIDICULOUS and should be out of jobs! Crystal & Shirley need to be fired. To start, Crystal (if that's her real name) created an issue for no reason whatsoever. I had a 9:15 am appointment. I arrived about 50 minutes early. Crystal felt it necessary to tell me TWICE that I may not be seen until my appointment time. There was only 1 other patient in the office... the rest of the scheduled appointment were all past 15 minutes LATE. When the tech guy came to the door to call patients back... Crystal called the tech guy over, and directed him specifically not to take me back because I was early and to make me wait. I have no idea what her problem was as all I did was check in and said said anything to her. Then after my appointment, as I was leaving, I went back to the front desk and was going to ask "Crystal" what her issue was. Well... she took off scurrying to the back when she saw me. I asked the other crotchety old woman at the desk what the woman's name was that just left and said I wanted to speak with her. That woman went to the back and came back and said "Crystal" couldn't talk... because she's with a patient. I said that's a lie. And the woman ... known now as "Shirley" yelled "are you calling me a liar?!" "Get out of my face! I'm calling security." I proceeded to tell her that "Crystal" is front desk staff and we both know she doesn't see patients. I asked that woman her name and she refused to give it at first. So, I continued to stand at the front window. She stated again that she was going to call security. I told her to call them. She got up from the desk and went to the back. Came back and told me her name was "Shirley". Both Crystal & Shirley are the most UNPROFESSIONAL "medical staff" I have ever dealt with in my life. They created an issue that was even there and then escalated what they created. Dr. Touma is good and will continue to have clients cause clearly there is a Endo crisis. But, whoever does the hiring & firing need to get rid of these 2 unprofessional idiots at the front desk.

    The absolute worst doctor and office staff in Kentucky. Waited HOURS for doctor appointment. Was…read moretold not to eat after midnight - TWO hours after scheduled appointment at 2:00 pm still not seen. Do not come here. Office staff rude, cov has nothing to do with piss poor service (awful doctors and staff always blame cov) Incompetent, young doctors who can not manage the schedule and type of patients they are trying to see. We, the people, need to stand up to these doctors who do not respect our time. It is a matter of respect. The double, triple book their schedules in case they get one cancellation. Only one cancellation - vampires have to get their $$$$$. We need to charge THEM for our time. We need THEM to call us when they running behind. We should have some idea how much test and procedures costs - not knowing until the bill comes is not acceptable.

Then the weigh you right next to people waiting to get lab work for them all to see , no privacy here. The you are put in a room and wait for the dr to come. But don't worry the walls are paper thin so you can here when he is getting close and in the room with the patient next to you. Then when the dr comes in you get 5 minutes if your lucky. You don't get complete care. If you sick good luck , maybe next time go to immediate care and take your chances with the dr on staff there, you will have better luck. Now if you not coming in for routine care or follow up and you have a real problem his staff is to lazy and incompetent to get what ever referral/authorization you need to get the care you need. I went to him several years , when I switched to another provider the new provider started asking questions about how long it had been going on and what symptoms I had and sent me to a specialist where I could get the issue resolved. Womacks office just guess's and patches up your problem so they can keep billing your insurance instead of getting you the real care you need to resolve the health issue. Don't go here if you have a medical problem and need a real dr.
