When I brought the car in they were able to fix it for $182 with replacing a hose and cleaning off my back tire which made a new noise when I drove it to the shop, I am SUPERR appreciative of the care they took to my older car and the price was amazing. They way over charge almost double on some parts and way over charge the labor by telling you it will take hours more than necessary...if it takes hours more than anywhere else would take get rid of your garbage dumb mechanic or eat the cost of time you con artists. I've modified my own demolition derby cars and driven them! I've done my own brakes! I've changed my own oil a million times! I've had jobs ordering and delivering parts and paint to shops in high school(WNY), college(TX), and grad school(Long Island)! Don't look at me with a Coach purse, makeup, and long nails and ASSume I'm a clueless female that's an easy mark to overcharge like that... it's not happening because I'm going elsewhere. I saved $675 by getting my parts from Randolph Auto Supply and having them delivered to Tuneys in Kennedy instead. B&B auto in Randolph also quoted $600 less than Bouch's too while using Auto Zone for the parts. The other job Bouch's quoted ~$700. West Herr VW in Williamsville did it for $520.37(I have the receipt next to me on my desk while I write this) and WHVW gave me a loaner new Jetta while they waited for the parts to come in! DO NOT be fooled by the swindlers at Bouch's.

The lobby is comfortable, clean, and stocked with a large selection of complimentary things like water, soda, k kups, snacks.... They take a very long time to do the work and all of their loner vehicles are out because of it, BUT they are AMAZING. You can't tell that the vehicle was tboned with huge gouges and tears in the metal so it was worth paying for a rental for months. You honestly can't tell it was completely crumpled on one side. They also detailed and washed it after. Wow just wow.
