Unfortunately, the person who answered my call Saturday morning was extremely rude, condescending, and unpleasant. I was very disappointed, especially after supporting Kuhn's for so many years. To be treated that way during such an important holiday was truly disheartening. Because of that experience, I decided to order from Dinsmore Florist instead. Their website allowed me to see actual photos of the flowers I was ordering, and they delivered my mom's flowers in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. They have now gained a new customer. It is very disappointing that after more than 20 years of giving Kuhn's my floral business, one negative and disrespectful interaction has caused me to take my business elsewhere.
