I've had to see Dr. Martens, Dr. Fiore, and also saw Dr. Kirshenbaum when I was in the ER. I was sent to these doctors at the recommendation of my PCP, who I trust. They have all been kind, thoughtful, and helped me when I was ill. The wait on the phones used to be pretty long, but seems better recently. Looks like a lot of other reviews are about phone issues, so maybe that's not as big of a problem now. I get all my care from Beth Israel doctors in Boston or at Milton and have been happy with my care at both places.

What used to feel like a reliable practice now feels like an intern training ground, where patient care clearly isn't the priority. At my most recent visit, I needed routine bloodwork done. What should have been a simple procedure turned into an awful experience. The staff member attempted to draw my blood three separate times and still couldn't do it properly. It was painful, stressful, and honestly unacceptable. I left feeling physically sore and completely frustrated. After nearly a decade of loyalty, being put through something like that without any sign of competence or accountability is beyond disappointing. Patients deserve experienced care, not to feel like practice subjects. I will seriously be reconsidering coming back.

Posts here should be about CARDIOLOGY happening on the South Shore of Massachusetts. Dr. Feinstein is my mother's cardiologist. I could not understand why my mother insisted on keeping Feinstein after she (mom) downsized and moved back to Boston. JSYK: Mom suffers from the regional chauvinism that insists BOSTON is the MECCA of medicine. Why would anyone in their right mind go out of their way to South Weymouth of all places, for cardiac care, when they could simply go down the street? Well, it turns out that mom was right in this case. Dr. Feinstein is a breath of fresh air. Someone with keen diagnostic skills. Someone willing to buck the system by staying longer than 7.5 allotted minutes with a patient.
