By the time we got off the phone she had recommended a "scheduling health plan" (my words, not hers) by way of an outline that included a Home nurse for one visit while we were waiting for the April appointment for Moms Primary Doctor! She then passed me to the Prescription Refill Nurse for Moms refill. I would like to add that I have had very difficult health issues myself over the past three years so I have been speaking with many, many, scheduling departments over that time and Kristin was FAR AND AWAY the best, most pleasant, greatest listener, and offered an extremely intelligent recommended plan. She is THE best at her job that I have ever spoken with!

I did the responsible thing by calling to tell them I would be a little bit late according to my GPS, I was going to be exactly 15 minutes late. I left my house an hour and 20 minutes before the appointment which I have been waiting for and I was still late. I called and spoke to Brittany and scheduling whereas I told her what was going on. I was on hold for 19 minutes. I finally ended the call and she called me back minutes later and told me that she told them I was going to be late and the doctor Reisner would still see me upon getting to social medical Center. I went to check-in where I was told I was 15 minutes late and he probably wouldn't be able to see. I then told them about the phone call that I had made and what was told to me by Brittany after they said it doesn't matter. You need to go over to specialties and talk to them at this point I yelled I did yell and I also swore, but this is the second time that Socio Medical Center has disappointed me. I did my best to get there on time. I can't control traffic coming up from the Cape, which contributed to my tardiness of the appointment instead of being treated kindly, I was told oh well when I went to the back in rheumatology, the woman that I Suarez felt the need to tattletale everybody in that corner and tell them what I said to her my response yes, I did say that yes they did deserve that while I was there having an x-ray and lab work I was informed there's only one x-ray machine there provided by self to a hospital. They won't replace it, but they will add a new state of the art mammogram machine which I am totally for 100% because I battled breast cancer 13 years ago, but why is there only one x-ray machine why and why do patients have to wait almost an hour to have an x-ray because there's only one x-ray machine, and why of all the pediatriciansl left. This practice to open a new practice. I brought my children to this practice all of their childhood years. All three of my daughters thank God the pediatrician that chose to rape. Children was never assigned to Miy children. Back to my situation Dr. Reisner is one of the best out there and so Sean medical center does not deserve him Dr. Wagner please leave this practice. You're too good for them. He apologized to me and told me everything was going to be OK because not always was I embarrassed, but I wish you humiliated by these people threatening me with security and if there's a note on the account for security, that means according to them that they'll always be on high alert. They had to cancel an appointment two weeks later they canceled that next appointment when I called back the following week as they told promised me they would call me. The front end staff and overall practice, however, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Specifics of my experience follow. - This practice does not have encrypted email which was a complete surprise since they are handling highly sensitive and personal information. - The practice misplaced (said they did not receive) four separate pieces of U. S. Mail from my previous PCP. Correct address was verified. This mail contained my medical records. I had the records sent to my home and received just fine. - The above mentioned medical records were sent via U. S. Mail since the practice has no ability to read encrypted discs. - My meds were incorrectly documented despite my bringing a printed copy at my initial visit. I learned this when my pharmacy questioned if I had recently changed meds. Thank goodness they picked upon this! - The practice said it could not fill one of my prescribed medications, despite my previous PCP prescribing and filling. Prospective clients should know.

My first eh moment was after I had been in a car accident...I did not realize my hand had broke in the accident until the next day... I called the office and was told to definitely come in and they will be able to do an X-ray there- well, after seeing a nurse practitioner( no dr) who told me that she honestly didn't think it was broken and also that apparently they only have ONE person to do the x-ray, and conveniently she was on vacation that week- SERIOUSLY!? The nurse also said I could go to the hospital "if I really wanted". Considering the swelling, bruising and severe amount of pain I was experiencing, I decided it was best to get an actual diagnosis. The minute I went in for an x-ray at Quincy medical center, the technician instantly looked at my hand and said "oh that IS broken" and then took the X-rays to confirm. Aside from the broken hand incident, most recently I have been completely and utterly appalled by the entire staff including my doctor at this facility. I have been on the same prescriptions for years and I just recently started seeing Dr Delgado, who I informed of all prior diagnosis, medications etc, and at first, she completely refused to re-prescribe medications I had been taking for years that have improved my quality of life- Soon after I made another appointment with her because I was experiencing side effects from not taking the medicines i have taken for years so I wanted to re-discuss things with her....she finally agreed to giving me only one prescription that I had previously been on and NO refills- So when I called the office and left a message on the prescription voicemail regarding having the script re-filled; nobody had the courtesy to call me back to say that they were not sending a re-fill!!!! I called again a week later, leaving another message asking them to please have dr Delgado at the very least call me back to discuss the re- fill. Once again absolutely no call back from anyone. I called back one final time in hopes that someone would answer or at least have the common courtesy to return my message and still nothing. To this very day nobody has ever returned those messages....absolutely despicable lack of any professionalism and I will never recommend this office to anyone

It took me 6 months to schedule an annual checkup only to have it cancelled because they can't figure out how to bill my insurance. Even though my plan specifically says "No PCP required" the admin staff there do not know what to do and left it with "contact your insurance". Apparently, billing & claims has turned into rocket science. Again, nothing against the healthcare team, but the admin/support team needs all to be replaced with AI.

My husband Robert Willis bled out on Eliquis on April 23,2021. Office very poorly run. He had gone there for a heart monitor and none were available. Dr Rounds didnt even know he had died. My husband's death certificate stated that Eliquis contributed to his death. I also feel the Dr. contributed to it. Go directly to Boston which we failed to do but didn't do. the best doctors are there.
