I tried to phone them more than a dozen times over 2 weeks and got no answer or call back. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and I had some sort of comeback. I had to make a claim through PayPal and after 2 months I got the money back. They lied and slithered all the way through the process trying to get me to cancel the PayPal claim by telling me that the refund had already been issued etc. Total con-men. Do not give your hard earned cash to these pr!cks!!
