DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE WORK!! Warning for any parent or those who travel with anyone in your car. They do not care about your safety and only the bottom line. I have two children under two and on two separate occasions the rear door will not open. There is an electronic malfunction and they are refusing to correct the issue. Originally they said it had to happen more than once (which it should not matter), but I had video proof it had. They then stated it had to happen within the past two weeks (which again should not matter for safety), but proved it had happened less than two weeks ago. They are now saying it has to happen multiple times and they now want me to drive in for it to be looked at WHILE IT IS HAPPENING. They want me to drive across town knowing that if something were to happen I would not be able to get my child out of the backseat. This is horrible and terrifying. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE WORK - they do not care. Also - please keep in mind that this is a possibility with a Tesla. Though it's technically located between Cypress and Jersey Village, this Tesla location is one of the newer and might be the largest facility in the Houston area. Since it's a showroom, service center, and a supercharging destination, there are people coming here for all kinds of reasons. I came here when it was first built a little less than 2 years ago to pick up my newly ordered Tesla. I learned that most folks who ordered will likely pick their vehicles up here as most deliveries come here first. The process was easy overall since the cars will have the new owner's name on a sign and the an associate will typically escort folks to their new whip. Overall, customer service is a bit minimal, which is their biggest knock. Prospective Tesla owners can check out their showroom to browse newly arrived vehicles and even do a test drive. Compared to other locations, this is an ideal place to do the latter, considering that this is located along Hempstead highway and it's near plenty of city streets. As a charging destination, this place is fabulous. Seeing as there are dozens of charging stations, I've never had to wait at all for a quick charge. Everything is clean and well maintained, which is more than I can say about the other charging stations in the city. While it might not be the most convenient location for most, it is one of the only places where one can do just about anything with their Tesla EV. It's a place I don't mind going to when I'm in the area and I anticipate that I'll be checking out newer lines of their Cybertrucks or Model S,3,X,Ys galore in the near future. read more

Had a good experience today picking up our Model S Plaid. I was not expecting a whole show with a symphony of head/tail lights in the showroom. Was much more impressed than when I picked up my Model 3 performance in Burbank, California when I was told my car was out in the parking lot so just drive away Navigating getting out of the showroom with 50 other Teslas was tricky but just shows how busy this dealership is! Chandler is a great guy who was informative throughout the lengthy process of our loan application. If you have questions, he's your go to. Randy is a wonderful salesman as well and assisted us on our Cybertruck demo. I haven't been to many other Tesla dealerships but this has exceeded my expectations. Don't let me down! And we're very excited for our Plaid. Hope to see us at the some car meets! read more

I am very disappointed and frustrated with the delivery experience and subsequent customer service I have received from this store. I have been unable to legally drive my new vehicle for over a month due to a failure on the store's part to provide me with a valid temporary license plate. My vehicle, Model 3, was scheduled for delivery on July 26th. During pickup, I was given a temporary registration tag but not the required metal temporary license plate. An associate assured me that the tag alone was sufficient to legally drive the car and that the plate would be sent to me via Uber in the following days. This information was incorrect and put me at risk. The days after pickup, a police officer pulled me and my wife over and informed me that it is illegal to drive the vehicle without the temporary metal plate. Thankfully, I was only given a warning. Since then, I have been trapped in a cycle of failed attempts to resolve this issue: * I spent days calling the dealership without success, only reaching a general customer care team that promised to have someone contact me. No one ever did. * On August 23rd, I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and spoke with Kristina Canales, who said she would look into the issue and call me with an update on Monday. She never called. * As a result of this ongoing issue, I have been forced to take Uber or Lyft to work daily, incurring significant and unexpected costs. * On August 27th, I returned to the store and was referred to Vince. I told him about my story and my frustration with the process. Instead of apologizing for the mistake, he started giving me the attitude and said that everyone is going through the same. I understand the delay of DMV and ok to wait for the official plate, but please give me the temporary metal plate so I can drive my car without hesitating that I'll get pulled over by the police. He said, "Let's see what I can do for you.", gave me a smug look like he was judging me right then, telling me, "By the way, you're talking to the general manager right now." He was unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked any empathy for my situation. He provided me with a demo vehicle for 48 hours and told me a new tag would be ordered. * When I returned on Friday, August 29th, to return the demo vehicle, both Vince and Kristina ignored me. Another associate, whose name I unfortunately forgot, checked the system and informed me that no new tag or plate had ever been ordered. This associate was the first person to apologize for the situation. He placed an order for a new tag in front of me and provided me with another demo car for 24 hours. * Today, August 30th, I have returned to the dealership again and am still without a temporary license plate. I was given the new tag, but the plate is still missing. This entire experience has been unacceptable. I have wasted countless hours and money and been treated with disrespect by the management team at this store. I am a customer who should have been able to legally drive my new car from day one, and this has not been the case. read more

My experience with Tesla started out on a low. I was supposed to buy a Model Y that was a "demo" vehicle. However, as we were discussing the financing, the vehicle was sold to someone else. Vince, the manager at Tesla Cypress, made the moment right and ensured we were taken care of. I was originally taking delivery of my Tesla on a Sunday but my VIN was not even in production on Wednesday. Vince called Wednesday evening to let me know, and because he knew I wanted the 1.99% APR, offered a vehicle in League City. Sure, that was a 2 hour drive, but well worth it for me. I was pleased with my delivery experience even when the timeline was tight. To make everything even better, besides the car, I was given 3 months of FSD. Even after delivery, Vince followed up with me and made sure I was happy with my new car a few hours after I picked it up. I've never bought a car before (being 21) and Vince went above and beyond and showed the utmost professionalism and empathy; superb representation of Tesla. This rating is more due to the fact that They share a tesla supercharger with the store's charger & the store Hogs all the chargers and leaves all the cars they work on there for hours, so people that have to charge their cars have to wait forever. They hog like at least a dozen of the charges and leave like 2/3 for us so there's always a line. No other issues at any other charges in houston. Makes me want to buy a Diesel truck read more

Waiting room is filthy-- trash is overflowing and water was all over the refreshment counter. They don't stock any refreshments for their clientele other than a broken kegerator of nitro coffee, tap water and a keurig with one option. Ordered my car in November of 2023. Late December had issues with the car shaking and making a clicking/popping/rattling noise. Took it in and it was covered under warranty. This was regarding the axles/shafts or what have you. 3 months later clicking/knocking/rattling started again. Keep in mind when I drive the car it makes a humming/scrubbing noise while turning which I was told no need to worry which is normal. This is my first electric vehicle so I'm assuming it is normal as well. Well recently took my car in because guess what? I'm having clicking/humming/scrubbing when turning. Did a test drive with the tech and verified clicking, scrubbing/humming noise when turning, and also shaking when accelerating. He stated that wasn't normal. During my diagnostic visit I was told that the clicking noise was resolved by making adjustments to the left side clevis. The lower front link brushings are torn and more than likely have been torn prior to purchasing because the car has been making the same scrubbing noise since I've bought it which is really disturbing that no one pointed out the sound during multiple test drives before. Was quoted over 2 grand to get that fix along with an alignment and was told that there might be other things that need to fix, which means other concerns was most likely detected during the diagnostic visit? So now I am stuck with a car that wasn't properly taken care of and now it is my responsibility to fix everything that was wrong. I really do feel that this car should have been thoroughly inspected prior to selling. There was no way to test drive it because everything was purchased online and on top of that had to pay a transfer fee to have the car shipped to me. This is the most horrible experience/headache I've ever experience with a car purchase. And the sad thing is i love the car. Long story short I am out of $700 due to diagnostic fees/labor time and the clicking stills persist which should have been taking care of after making adjustments to the left clevis. I was declined the breakdown for recommendations with the 2000-dollar quote when asked. I declined further service recommendations because honestly, I really do not know what to think/do right now. My research continues regarding the quote and I'm seeing that people have paid way less. Unhappy as of now and highly discouraged. read more
