Price is fairly reasonable, and does charge pretty quickly. It's located in the parking lot by the Truist Bank, across from the Anthropologie Store at Friendly Center, which is super convenient. The owner (Susanne) was really helpful and easy to work with and their price was reasonable. Like others have noted, you will need to schedule an appointment to have work done. The parts guy seemed a little off putting - maybe it was just a bad day. Bryant's specialize in diesel engines, rather than gas engines. If I had a diesel rig, I would definitely give them an opportunity to take care of my vehicle.

( G rating ) I had to take in once and it stopped leaking for a little bit but their service tech finally found the problem the second time around! And you want to talk about quick! They got to the problem and THEN I made them fix a few "other issues" I needed help with. And!!! Installed a new kitchen faucet all in one day! Camping world would have taken a days to get this all done! Sorry Camping World. I think I've found another place to get this and that repair or fixed. Hey I just did a review for Camping World too! Their staff took me in and were so sweet and kind to me, an old veteran lady! I know I'll be back. And guys! The kitchen faucet looks amazing It really ties the room together! I delivered my travel trailer to Country Road RV Repair Center in the spring for what should have…read morebeen straightforward service: new tires, bearing maintenance, and a general mechanical review. I was told the work would be 2 weeks out, and I would get a call with any needed work at that point, months before our trip, was perfectly fine - or so I thought . After 3 weeks, I called them, and the tire estimate was double what Discount Tire quoted, and they said I needed a new slide motor. They then ordered it, with an ETA of 2-3 days. After nearly two full months of status updates of "next week", the trailer was still not ready. Estimated completion times came & went, and many weeks later, two days before our vacation, they explained the parts ordered were "wrong" and they would get right on it. I only received updates whenever I initiated contact, which never came to pass. This caused us to cancel a long-planned vacation -- and lose our non-refundable deposit in the process. This experience was not only frustrating but also costly. I have no problem paying premium repair rates and higher tire prices when the work is done correctly, but six weeks late is a bit much. On top of all that, they simply glared at me wordlessly when I finally picked it up and had no further explanations or even an apology when I picked the camper up several weeks late. Just told me the total. To add insult to injury, the owner replied with a fictitious story & timeline, leaving out the fact that I brought in on 6/10/25 primary the tires, bearings, and a mechanical inspection, and specifically mentioned the slide blowing breakers. After I checked in on the 7/11/25 (over a month later) did anyone mention the motor, and said the ETA was 2-3 days, and that work would be done in a day. From that point on, I called for any further updates. Every call was 2-3 days, until we missed our checkin date - otherwise, we WOULD have picked it up.

It pains me to have to write a negative review on Fatherree but the company has changed and as an…read moreRVer choices are few in the area for a good RV mechanic and if this could motivate them to improve or save a fellow RVer the frustrations I have had, it's worth it. I first used this company years ago and the owner came out and was great. On this visit an employee came out to do a few repairs: 1. Replace my hot and cold water lines on my washer/dryer combo. Unfortunately, on my next rv trip I quickly learned that he did NOT reconnect the dryer vent and the rv quickly heated up. The washer dryer will now need to be pulled out and reconnected properly. 2. Reconnect the trim pieces on 2 different slides that were pulled off the slide when closing and items were behind them. UNFORTUNATELY, the craftsmanship was horrendous. Some finishing nails were not completely hammered in, nail holes were left Unfilled with putty and the few nail holes that were filled were not smoothed out leaving mounds of putty on the wood. More UNFORTUNATE news is that as a result of the poor quality of work, both trim pieces fell away from the slide while camping. The job will need to be redone. 3. Adjust the vent cover on the roof as it was blocking the vent from closing all the way. UNFORTUNATELY, this was not corrected. This work racked up an few hundred dollars and all of it needs to be redone. All of it. I sent many pics and videos to the owner who I understand no longer lives in NC and I never heard anything back. I would have much preferred him to come out and correct the errors but this did not happen and after giving them several months to respond I want to inform other RVers of my experience.

Chris had to spend minimal time before he located the source... our tank heating pad had burnt a hole in our grey tank! Chris was fast, very knowledgeable, and an all around good guy. Not only did he fix our leak but he also repaired a leak in our kitchen sink and a bunch of other odd jobs (like patching a hole in our bathtub). He's the best we've found and would recommend him to anyone in need of RV repair!
