I wouldn't say it was anything exceptional, it wasn't perfectly maintained by any means, and it definitely didn't have any walking areas or place to stretch my legs or let my dog out. But it's pretty basic, you get what you expect, not an exceptional supercharger but I'm not expecting too much either.

The stations each have two cables and are Level 2, J1772 6.6 kW hookups. What's amazing here is that the stations are FREE to park and to recharge, thanks to the generosity of the Tanger Outlets Blowing Rock. Of course, there isn't much else within walking distance so if you're parked here, odds are that you're going to be shopping at the mall. There is limited shade here as the stations are against a high wall and it faces south. The shopping plaza does have food, candy and free wifi. The charging stations are open 24 hours.
