I went over and beyond to get this money for him (Brandon Wroblewski) so he could start right away. Well, he kept saying he was coming ov.er or he had to finish a job first and that I would be next. I have COPD and can't be around mold. My doctor advised me not to. So, I couldn't work in my shed all summer and the deck boards he was going to replace, well, I didn't get to use my deck at all this summer. My front door is so crooked that it lets cold air come in and my heat out. He has a girl that works with him, and she is very tall. I believe her name is Caroline and she has 6 kids. He has no shop or office you can contact. His phone number says that the mailbox is full, and you can't leave a message. I looked up where he lives, and I think it's fake as well because I couldn't find it. Not that I would go knock on the door but call the police and have them get my money back.

He did an excellent job at power washing our siding, as well as replacing some worn wood trim and painting the new wood. He painted our shutters and fixed some loose siding. He cut and replaced some of our drop ceiling tiles in the basement, as well as, replaced the mortar on our front step up to the porch to provide more support. They were eager to drive over to pick up the 50% deposit. When the start date came they showed up…read morelate in the day and were there for a few hours. It was this way throughout the process a few hours here and there, then not here for a day or two or three. We wondered if they were "fitting us in" around more important jobs, but decided as long as the job got done, we wouldn't challenge the process. The last day we saw him, he worked a long day and had just a few things to return to finish the following week, but it's now been 4 months. There are some bowing issues with the composite material on the deck, a trim piece never attached, improperly cut fittings. The biggest issues was the totally UNFINISHED attachment of the flashing where the roof to the pergola cover met the house. Each time I've contacted the owner he states he will be over in the next day or so, but 8 promises later we are going to have no choice but to hire it done by someone else. DO NOT PAY IN FULL if you use this contractor until things are 110%. I'm very disappointed!!
