When i got it back i hated my ring it is a family heirloom and it didn't look like it was supposed too. Too late to change so i went with it. Took my rings up there recently and was quoted a price that i could buy a whole other ring for which was ridiculous took my ring elsewhere and paid a price that was more than half their quote, and also discovered that my ring was basically butchered by carters, so this other jeweler has to work extra hard to repair what was destroyed and get looking like its supposed to. Carters knew it was an heirloom and destroyed it anyway. I will never go to carters again. I never knew how destroyed my ring was until it was pointed out to me.

This visit did not disappoint, in fact I made a double appointment and they scheduled my Mom in so we could go together and both see Dr. Kirar. (My Mom loved him and her visit as well) I refer everyone I know to Dr. Kirar at Vision Source because he is a Phenomenal Eye Doctor. He is not only patient, caring, concerned, thorough, has a great personality, supportive, reassuring, but he is really educated in his field. He is also easy on the eyes :) I always appreciate when he answers all of my questions, I get nervous when it comes to my eyes and he educated me and eliminated my unnecessary worries. I also like his staff a lot, shout out to Lilly and Kaley! Whoop Whoop! The NEW building location is beautiful and has the best selection of eye glasses I have EVER seen. The top part of my screen cracked on my Samsung Galaxy 20 FE. The phone was still completely…read moreoperational with no other issues. I took it to the Bolivar location to get the screen repaired ($200.00). I picked up my phone and the agent told me he had trouble getting the new back on the phone and had to use (glue) and if it popped apart, let him know. I went on my way. My phone immediately began having connectivity issues. I have Verizon and have always had excellent connectivity with them. Went back (45 minute drive each way). He said he would clean it and see if that fixed it. It didn't. He said to come back in. I told him I thought it was the antennas. He opened it back up and said the antennas hadn't been hooked up correctly. Let him know if this didn't fix it and he would order new ones. It didn't fix anything. I let him know the issue was ongoing, he said he would order new ones. Two weeks go by and nothing. I told him I wanted his manager's contact information. He wouldn't give it out, but he would give my information to his manager. NO contact from anyone. I emailed the corporate office and said either give me a comparable new phone or refund my "repair" cost. NO contact from anyone. I'm hoping to save someone else from going through this. BEWARE!
