But it wasn't…read moreuntil the 2nd or 3rd time that I realized a pattern that the individual or team would claim they didn't have a specific part during the job and have to leave for an hour or more to get it, and then I'd get charged for the extra time. This would seem reasonable except in all the cases I had them come out in advance to survey the job (simple stuff like installing light fixtures) or send pictures and do pre-calls to ensure there wouldn't be any issues like that - and yet it still happened. Only logical place to go is scam or a level of incompetence, and either way I've felt like I lost some trust with this company and am out an extra few hundred dollars :(

Steve Mora was called to fix a cooling unit that had never worked properly since installed years…read moreago. He said he would be to my home by 9:00am and he was there at 5 minutes before 9:00am. He worked on the unit - reported to me that two parts were not working and that he would order and replace them along with changing filters and overhauling the unit. He did this in two visits (parts had to be ordered) and was prompt, polite and extremely reasonable in his charge. I would highly recomment Mora's Heating and Cooling.
