Well this guy is not very understanding. we just moved into a new neighborhood and had put down a deposit to hold a dog yesterday and found out we had a 2 dog limit in our neighborhood/county and he is refusing to give our deposit back. This is a situation completely out of our control, yet he is still keeping our money. I get it's a business, but he obviously doesn't care about people or the situation. I will be sharing this via social media. Not a good person at all! He just wants your money. Filing a complaint against him on the BBB and going viral on social media. read more

My dog has stayed there twice. There's nothing wrong with the stays--if you can book them. Since the last stay, I've tried to book two more. Each time, Portia tells me she'll have to check their reservations and she'll get back to me. Neither time has she done so--I missed out on being able to get my dog booked for another kennel while I was waiting a day and a half to hear back from Portia. If they can't return calls as promised, I'm not trusting them with taking care of my dog. read more

My wife and I first looked at Teton Kennels to have our dog stay there but we weren't sure due to lack of reviews. After asking around we had to do it because everyone recommended them! We are more than satisfied with the experience we had there. The super friendly staff was excited to have our dog stay there, they took great care of her for the 10 days we were gone , and at the end she didn't want to leave. You could tell the workers there took time to make a connection. They even were so kind as to wash the blanket and bowls we left with her the day before we returned. Safe to say we will definitely be using Teton Kennels again! read more

We love Porsche & her daughters & so does our chihuahua Mousse. We have brought him to stay for just the weekend & for a 2 week stay also. He is always happy & content when we come home. And, the girls just love playing with him. Unlike most kennels,the animals get play time & interaction with the staff instead of just being stuck in a cage or a small run. We will continue doing business with Teton Kennels. read more

Wow, I heard great things about this place but I was not happy when picking up our dogs. They stunk like urine, didn't appear to be air conditioned, had to come home and shampoo the dogs immediately! Asked to go back and see the kennels, was told no! Right there that's a red flag! No up keep on facility! Took a dog bed for one of our dogs which they didn't put in the kennel with her. They had to go find it and it was soaked with cat pee!!! Had to toss it! read more

Porsche and her girls are so super sweet! My pups LOVE going here!!!! It really says something when they are excited and not cowering at a place or to people. Their tails are wagging like crazy and they even squeak with excitement! We have done a short stay and an extended stay and they are great! We have two bloodhounds and one German shepherd. I don't ever hesitate to call and have them stay here. AND she even encourages you to call and check on your babies most places act like you're weird or a hassle if you want to call about them during their stay. read more
