They make clear arrangements prior to appointment and they bring all of the necessary moving equipment and tools for moving specific items (i.e., belts, dollies, furniture movers, for pianos, safes, large furniture). They are efficient and when they pack the trailer/truck, there is no wasted space. They are respectful and professional. David also gives a 'heads up' before the agreed window period is coming up so that time is not wasted and so they are done upon agreed time schedule. You never see a phone being used for personal phone calls, no dilly-dallying - they are about business and making sure you, as the client, are happy with their work.
