They are abusing their power and the City of Kitchener will not do anything about it. For example, if you are a customer and bought something there but leave your car there to go across the road to the washroom, they have the right to ticket you because you've left your car on their property but you are not there. (This was told to me as an example by the by-law person on the phone when I questioned them about it) If you go on Google reviews for this place, you can see other people's reviews about the same issue.
