And we paid him in full. Then he added tons of big ugly rocks and boulders in the flower beds that we never asked for or wanted. Now he is sending us an additional bill for $32,000 for the rocks on top of the $6,000!! We have asked him to come pick up the rocks but he refuses and says he can't get a refund for them. Very shady and illegal! Then there is a whole different issue regarding a loan he had us take out for $75,000 to remodel our swimming pool. He told the finance company the work has been completed. But the work hasn't even been started. The finance company has already given him the money and is now sending us monthly bills. But he wasn't supposed to get the money until after the work was finished which we were told could take a year! We have asked to have a meeting with the concrete guy and the swimming pool guy that he found for us, but now he's ignoring us and not returning our calls or texts. Very sketchy, shady, fraudulent, and illegal!!

Contacted him 2-weeks ago for more project. The first appointment times he had to cancel. The second time he said he would come on a Sunday afternoon if that was okay. Usually don't like Sunday afternoon since it's family time but needed the work done. Karlos never showed up. He never called, text, or contact me at all. Today he had the nerve to call and want to come and do the work. I told him forget it and please don't contact me again. Well he sent me a text after I asked him not to contact me.
