She shared her findings with the doctor (Dr. Till- also amazing) who checked and agreed that he felt it was a clot . They immediately ordered for a ultrasound...results came back. .it definitely was a large clot. They had already contacted an ambulance, St. Luke's at the Woodlands and had me ready to go straight there. Before I left Huntsville, the The Woodlands had a room for me. On 5/13/22 Dr referred me again for neck xrays and mri. Aspire billed Ambetter claim still processing for neck xray. Scheduled MRI and was told out of network. I would need to pay $139.00 for MRI. Asked several times what eff date did aspire become out of network? I probably will get stuck paying for neck xray Allso. I pd my ded in 2/22. I should have 100% coverage and I don't. How do I find out date of out of network. Ins Co told me it was aspire who decided not to be in network for Ambetter by Superior healthplan. Do not know who to believe and can't get a response from Aspire. Makes it hard to fille med hardship if I don't know if I owe.

I felt comfortable with her right away. Amy promised that she would leave really good notes so that Brookelynn would be able to pick up right where we left off and she made good on her promise! Also Amy has kept me very informed on what my goals are which is very helpful. She regularly goes through my record with me and we talk about it which is so helpful as a patient. It makes me feel like we are a team. My first appointment I told her I had a hard time explaining my symptoms to the doctor because I didn't know much about hip anatomy and how to describe symptoms having to do with the hip. She has listened to what I am saying and looked it up and helped me to find the more common terms for what I am trying to describe. I also like that if I have a question about something, no matter what it is Amy finds an answer for me before I leave. And not just questions necessarily but also any concerns. Yesterday I had some questions about some things my PCP had said and I had concerns that the insurance was going to stop my physical therapy, and she asked Ashika the physical therapist for clarification. Ashika took the time to come in and talk to me personally and also she did some testing and recommended some new exercises. I love believe therapies. They really make me feel like I'm not alone, and I'm being heard. Finally!
