I have had physical therapy and chiropractic care at this facility. I have been at the Willis and…read morethe Conroe location near the lake. Both places are kind, polite, and courteous. I've been seeing Dr Custard since he came to town and opened up his business several years ago! My first physical therapy appointment with him was when I had carpal tunnel syndrome surgery, and he did physical therapy on my wrist. I have scoliosis and he has done adjustments on me to the point that I very seldom have discomfort. I have agonizing headaches and when they come on during the day, Dr Custard is the first person that I call. Typically they can get me in right away. He can do an adjustment then they do massage therapy and lay me on this amazing rolling bed and I leave their feeling so much better and the headache is gone. My only complaint if there is one is that he's not open in the middle of the night; when I get off from the hospital, my headache may come on and the office is closed. But they did show me how to use a tens unit and where to place the pads typically, I'll use the tens unit and wake up the next morning headache free.

We (my husband & I) highly recommend Better Care Chiropractic!…read more The staff is very welcoming, helpful & kind. Dr. Custer is awesome, they have the latest, greatest equipment and I especially like that the office is very clean. They offer thee best deep tissue massages and we feel so much healthier coming here. Perfectly located and we are able to schedule our appointments consistently, and conveniently to our schedules.

I was treated like a schizophrenic when I told Dr. Moseley about my parasite symptoms…read more After finding threadworms in my stool on 5/1/24, I asked for a urine and fecal parasite test on 5/2/24. Dr. Moseley took a swab to test for vaginal infections. She is an ob/gyn, but I've been to many doctors that just redirect me back to an Ob/Gyn since I have vaginal issues which stem from I'm trying to find out if they come from parasite issues. Since my vaginal tests are always negative. After I asked Dr. Moseley if she could test my stool and urine for parasites, she asked me if I see a doctor for mental health. I was shocked, as if if vaginal itching, yellow discharge, and rectal itching are associated with my ADHD diagnosis. Who would make up having worms, it's humiliating, and even more humiliating writing this post. This was very unprofessional and needs to be brought to public attention. After I insisted I had pinworms (threadworms), she told me to take pinworm medicine from CVS or Walgreens. I requested a stool/urine test a 2nd time because the store medicine (Pyrantel Pamoate) only works temporarily, and she brought up my mental health again, as if I was making up seeing worms. I do not have schizophrenia, I am a sound-minded college graduate that needs help and is tired of being sent back and forth to doctors. After I insisted the 3rd time that I wanted a parasite test, Dr. Moseley finally had a lady come in and hand me a stool test kit. I asked Dr. Moseley, "What about a urine test, can you run a parasite test on my urine?" She tried to avoid this question 3 times during the appointment, and for the 3rd time continued to ask when I will be seeing my mental health professional. Coincidentally, I saw my psychiatrist today on 5/8/24, and he stated that I need to stop seeing Dr. Moseley due to her being unhelpful and resistant. I finally turned in my stool test today (5/8), due to their office being closed on 5/3, them giving my boyfriend the wrong test when I had him pick it up, and having to submit the correct test today. When I was about to leave today, I was told by the front office lady that I would need to drive to Conroe to get a plastic tube for an additional test because it wasn't done correctly. I was not instructed to do that parasite test properly, so why should I have to spend more gas, energy, and time for other's mistakes. Mind you, I feel horrible and driving is risky because of my stomach symptoms. I have already been to that doctor's office 5 times in the last week, I should have only had to go twice. When I got home from dropping off my sample today, I was called back and told the same thing that the front lady said. I explained that I'm not in a condition to be driving 30 minutes to Conroe, and asked if they could mail me one. She said she'd try to remember to, but it needs to be ordered first. Well that's reassuring. I also asked the lady on the phone if they could test my urine for parasites as a final attempt, and she told me 3 times that it's not Dr. Moseley's specialty. After the 3rd time of her saying it's not Dr. Moseley's specialty, I asked, "What's the harm in the doctor submitting my feces or urine for the additional parasites? She is already sending the sample in anyways. Plus, I won't be seeing her again. I just need results sent to my new doctor." The lady repeated herself about it not being Dr. Moseley's speciality, but would message her to see if she could. I asked for a call back to see if this test (Giardia and other urine parasites) would be submitted. Now, I will be seeing a new doctor, and will my results faxed over. After this experience, I looked through all the bad reviews on Google, and realized I should have looked at them sooner. The people here do not care about you, this is why they have 2.7 stars on Google for their rating.

I ordered the results and tried to fax it to willis for 3 days there fax is not working. The Doctor I saw as a new patient never Said a word but moved to Houston on the 8th. BEWARE I had the Rezume surgery in a room that had used piss pads on the floor and puddles of urine…read morefrom other patients. After the proceeded I ended up in the emergency room twice with saver balder and kidney infection that was on the verge of getting the infection sheepish had to take very a Powerful Antibiotic and Hydrocodone for pain. It was also not that effective I still have to go sever times at night. After I called and told them I was in the emergency room no one ever called me back to check on me. I drive 65 miles one way to the office get a reminder call for next day appointment at 2:30 PM. I show up 45 minutes early for the 2:30 PM appointment then comes in several people that check in after me and are seen. I'm still waiting patiently now it is a quarter to 4:00 I been waiting two hours. Then I said and told them I was leaving. Then we can see you now. I asked them about why he left his practice in Lufkin, Tx. it was on the internet Dr. Buschemeyer III claiming a Doctor Hunt and Dr. David T Price ruined his practice and sued them for $40,000,000.00 million dollars. So then Dr. Buschemeyer III moved to Woodlands Why would you move if you were right, Buschemeyer was all up set got mad at me told me he did not won't treat me anymore. Dr. W Cooper Bushemeyer III lost his law suit. They were running people in front of me that came in after me new patience's some filling out forms for new intake. I was upset. Then Dr. Buschemyer tells me he is going to sue for deformation you can Google it yourself in Lufkin, Tx. I was then told I need to do a urine test 15-20 minutes and give a bottle of water before a quarter to 4:00 - 1 hour an 15 minutes. After my 2:30 appointment after waiting there for so long I needed to use the restroom. So I could not go the bath room for their test. I needed to go to the rest room around at 3:15 PM after sitting there so long. Bring a Diabetic when you need to you have to go. If I would have been called in at the time for the appointment everything would of worked out. I don't expect red carpet treatment just equal and fair treatment.
