It's wild how people complain about paying a dollar for tape. I mean, this company makes money from…read moreits services, and giving out tape isn't free, it's part of what they offer. It's just office supplies, hello?! If you didn't want to pay for the tape, you could just go home, tape it yourself, and bring it back. That's an option, you're not forced to buy their tape or box just because you forgot yours. You have to put your stuff in a box before they can ship it. And about the TV thing: they just check-in the product and the shipping service. The main company, UPS, the UPS office, handles the box. It's really too bad. They just provide their shipping service. Common sense, right? Anyways, I had been using this company this locally owned business for over 16 years. Never have no issues, never have no problems. Great stuff very professional very attentive.

Extremely upset with Fedex. Attempted to send a package to my father for Father's day, but early…read moreto beat the rush. Fedex says the attempted to deliver on Saturdy, however my parents were home and no one attempted to deliver. Then Fedex says they will deliver Monday which is next business day and that did not happen. Called Monday evening and they confirmed it would be delivered on Tuesday. No delivery or even an attempt to deliver Tuesday. Called the help desk and they offered to have my parents drive 30 miles to pick up a package that I have already paid for to have delivered. Ended up just asking them to ship back to the sender. This is really a sad state that Fedex is in. Very unhappy customer. Also, I'm contacting the company I made the purchase from to let them know the run around Fedex is giving. Fedex, keep in mind that when you do not deliver as promised it reflects poorly on your company, but also the company that decided to use your service.
