I was told by Parker Boats they are short staffed as of yesterday and won't even look at my unit because I didn't buy it there and are only taking in units they sold. Arctic Cat is national company and warranty can be done at ANY authorized service department. I am now having to haul unit to Colorado to get serviced as that's the next closest dealer 3 hrs from here. So much for doing business local. I can assure you Parker will never get my business. Very disappointing and I will be discussing the poor customer service with Arctic Cat directly. This is after I went to dealership and asked about service 60 days ago. This was when they weren't short staffed and they said they'd put me down and call me when they could get it in then they asked if I bought unit from them then immediately received the cold shoulder, they never called.
