From the moment I spoke with Ivan on the phone, he was very professional and polite. He calls back, checked in during the job, and answers texts, which is an imperative part of customer service. The crew that came were nice, and did a great job on the Exposed Aggregate in my backyard. Mishap: They tried to clean up as much as they could, but I still had some minor damage to my flower bed due to concrete run off, and spots of white film that did not come off of the concrete with the acid wash(final result photo #1). A crew member did come back to try and clean the flower bed and concrete, but there is still some minor blemishes on both. Besides the mishap, I would recommend them for dependability, reasonable pricing, customer service, and solid concrete work.
