There is no lobby service in downtown Austin, weather in New York City or Austin most BofA have no lobby service, appointments are booked up and they are days away, your combined Merrill and BofA accounts don't communicate with each other, attempting to get a needed closing document is near to impossible, you can't get a mortgage loan in this electronic age faster than 35 days, while a private loan company can. And her co-workers have gone out of their way to be accommodating when she's not been available. I dont know how their fees/etc. relate to other similar banks, but there are convenient locations across Texas and California, and they change dollars to pesos. It's a little weird that their walk-up ATM in the lobby doesn't have deposit slips but no one has yelled at me for walking through the drive through ATM outside so no big deal. P.S. On Fridays they have popcorn too.
