The coworker quickly took advantage & started bringing more and more family members into the place while refusing to pay after 30 days. Texas Eviction offered to evict my friends father (the OWNER OF THE HOME!!) for substantial costs from the piece of crap tenant. They didn't even bother to verify the fact that my friends father OWNED the home before offering to evict him, wtf? [[HIGHLIGHT]]We called the company to ask basic questions. If anything, we could have potentially used them to evict the backhouse POS. But, because they knew we knew about their intentions, the rep got really nasty and angry and confrontational with us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thankfully, we found some other ways to get them to voluntarily leave the property. Not great all around. Communication was not good throughout and I didn't receive confirmation that the eviction notice had been sent for 14 days after it had gone out. During that time I'd requested a refund, got no response, asked about the refund again and then was told the notice had been sent two weeks ago. The most terrible service I ever had. After I paid on the web site, no one return the phone call after days. I decided to dispute the amount I pay thru credit card. Then there is a guy name Richard called me. He seems to be helping me, so I cancelled the dispute from credit card. Right after they got the payment. No one ever reply back to me. The case is in a mess. They scheduled 2 court days with no follow up. They never send me any judgment after the court. Called all the listed phone number. No one ever call back. I will need to hire another attorney to take care of the mess. Pls consider and re-consider for using this terrible service!!!!!! They only care about taking your money. Nothing else!!! read more
