They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. I had never used their services before but, after speaking with him, I felt like I had the right company to do the job. I even purchased a Yelp voucher after our conversation. 9/3 came and went. I called and left a voice mail message - no reply. I finally emailed and did receive a reply that evening. Apparently, they had mistakenly booked me for 9/4 at 10AM. I said that was not an issue - mistakes happen - and was looking forward to seeing them on 9/4. 9/4 at 10AM came and went. I waited until noon and when I did not hear from anyone, I called the two phone numbers I could find on the internet. Today is 9/10 and I still have not heard from anyone. I just think this is a horrible way to run a business. I understand things happen, but call the customer and let them know. A conversation can go a long way.
