I guess our repair job wasn't big enough for them. Very poor customer service since the initial consultation and I have now moved on. I wouldn't recommend based on their lack of communication and willingness to help. ***UPDATE The owner reached out to me, apologized and was willing to make it right. I had another company already on-call when they reached out initially. Bottom line is that they did what they could to solve the issue and that doesn't always happen. I'd give them another chance had I not already had someone on top of the job.

I am selling my house and the inspector noted 6-7 items that were done wrong on the roof and need to be corrected. I contacted Anderson Restoration and have made ~6 calls to them and still can't get them to give me an answer on their warranty (they evidently did not file the warranty registration with GAF as they were required too). He explained what the replacement would entail and guided us through the material selection process and what to expect regarding the claim process. He met with our insurance claim agent onsite and successfully advocated on our behalf for a roof replacement, even though the agents roofing contractor recommended just a repair. In one day, Dylan's crew removed our old roof, made repairs, installed GAF 50-year shingles, removed and reattached our gutter system, installed an additional Attic Breeze solar fan, replaced our 23-year-old skylight, cleaned up and hauled everything away.
