Luckily a cancellation occurred so it worked out in my favor. I felt so bad because they're doing construction down my entire street and he had to work with all that commotion. Well crap, I'm stuck in line, so I fork it over and get my wash job. I pull to the vacuums, and there is still bird poop on my hood. I look around. Not an employee in sight! Both times, my pickup truck got clean, but their top wash, Cowboy Up, seemed to get it the cleanest. The first time I was there, I spent at least a half hour at their vac/detail station, cleaning the inside of the car and wiping down some wet areas on the outside, especially the grill and front bumper. If we didn't travel as much as we do, I'd certainly get a monthly subscription to this car wash.

Paying over a thousand dollars to still have the vehicle not run and they say sorry, SOL, is criminal.
