The place is furnished from top to bottom with cowboy references, complete with saddle barstools at the bar. The tables are small and they've crammed as many as they possibly could into the small space they have. The menu is all about steaks and burgers, with "cowboy style" sides like beans, corn cobs and that kind of stuff (my kind of stuff!) I was in a party of four and we ordered a starter platter with chicken wings and what not to share before the main course. It was good but not incredible. For main I ordered a rib eye steak and I was very clear that I wanted it rare. I even added that "it should have a pulse". What I got was medium at best. Orders like "rare" and even "medium rare" seem hard for chefs to nail (or easy to forget) because they always seem to mess it up and get me medium. I complained (which is always uncomfortable when you're the type who doesn't want to be bothersome to anyone) and they got me a new stake which was indeed bloody. I got a sincere apology from the chef via the waitress and also desert on the house. Still, I had to eat my meat alone since the other three in my party had already eaten their main courses by then. That's always a drag. Then I ordered my free desert with extra spoons and shared it with the others. All in all, a pleasing restaurant experience. I would gladly come back!

First of all if you are claustrophobic stay away! The restaurant is practically in a dungeon :) (…read morewell, at least the downstairs where we were served) We were a big party of 16 & almost everyone ordered steak which was pretty juicy & good but unfortunately the way they presented the dishes wasn't the best, you know what they say, half of the experience is in what you see not what you put in your mouth & their dishes wasn't very inviting. The creamy corn that is one of the sides is just delicious but the mashed potato thingy is so blunt & dry that is almost impossible to swallow so I suggest you switch that to fries or something else! They have a good selection of different American beers ( ex: Sierra Nevadas, Samuel Adams...). The service was extremely slow but I guess it's not so strange when they are preparing food for 16 ppl!

Especially if you're in the mood for steak. They have everything from a "ladies" (200g) to a "Bigass"(500g) entrecôte, New york cut Striploin in various sizes, lamb, surf & turf and whole lobster tail. Along with variations of hamburgers, ribs, chili, nachos, and fajitas .. something for everyone. My absolute favourite dish is the "Texas Chili", it's unbeatable. It's a traditional chili, served with salsa, guacamole, sour cream, black beans and wheat tortilla bread. The "Ugly American" is the only burger I've tried, it's a 220 g hamburger with bacon, served with coleslaw, chipotle drip and fries. You're absolutely stuffed when you've finished your meal. In Sundbyberg the restaurant is newly renovated, they have changed the decor on the walls and repainted, while also adding some tables by the bar. You cannot reserve a table though, but the wait is usually not that bad. It's a small restaurant so choose your seating wisely if you can. We sat right next to the window, which can be nice in the winter time. But in the summer, with the sun blasting in, it was quite unbearable. Since the restaurant is so small, it gets very hot when all the grills are fired up in the back kitchen. I really like that all beer and soda comes in the chilled Texas Longhorn glasses, and that the staff is nice and friendly. Definitely a place to visit, again and again.

The food lacked flavor, and the fries left a greasy aftertaste, as if they had been cooked in low-quality or old oil. The burger was even worse, it had a harsh, bitter flavor that reminded me of food cooked on an unclean grill or cooking surface. I also noticed they were using ICA Basic ingredients, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the food should still taste much better than this. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to trying this place. Perhaps I was just unlucky on this visit, but based on this experience, I wouldn't rush back.

If I did it again, I would have asked for extra slaw and put more of the Sriracha in it. I don't think it was out of this world amazing, but it wasn't that bad either! One of their biggest detractors would be the speed of the service. It was incredibly slow. To be fair, we were at a very big event with a lot of people. Even so, I still think that for a food truck they were pretty behind on time. The wait time was like that of a sit down BBQ joint, only we were standing up in the rain! LOL. Not so much fun! =( Other than that, if they were in the same area as me and easily accessible at lunch time... I would probably give them another try.
