The garage is tough getting into at 8am when coming from downtown Lufkin due to the heavy in-bound traffic into the city. Next time we will drop it off the day prior if possible to save the long wait to turn. The shop called me with an estimate and once I authorized the repair, they called to let me know it was finished. The price seemed fair for the work done and the air conditioning is once again blowing cold air. I would say the combination of good customer service and fair pricing makes this an excellent place to get your car repaired . From the number of cars and trucks in the lot, I'd guess many others have also come to this conclusion . They were voted one of the Best of Lufkin Car Repair shops and we have to agree.

Was told when I called to inquire as to why they were still squealing I was told it's the recent rain that causes that. Well it's been dry for months now. So I wonder what the cause could be? Had him turn the rotors and the squealing is still there. Would never ever recommend this business to anyone I was friends with or even I was enemies with.
