The ladies in the office were very friendly and the technician was kind enough to check the rest of my tires and air up my spare for me. Sat waiting on the vehicle to be completed and watched amazing customer service. Greeted folks by their name. Seeing the family environment (i assumed grandkids visiting) there reminded me of the 70s and 80s when folks really cared about their customers. Chase did not call me to the counter to discuss my vehicle, he came and sat with me and looked me in the eye when speaking to me.
