They make me feel warm and relax very time I walked into their office. I'm so blessed to have my radiation treatments done by such a great doctor and her wonderful staff. I had to have a basal cell carcinoma removed and selected Dr. Schulze due to his outstanding reputation even though the practice was not in network for me--I consider the extra cost as money well-spent when it's an issue of cancer removal. The office was able to get me an appointment fairly quickly despite their Covid precautions limiting available times. Dr. Schulze is obviously very concerned about his patients and is very meticulous in his profession. He was very easy to talk with, was not rushed, provided a comprehensive explanation of the planned procedure, as well as any options. The procedure itself went like clockwork. I arrived 5-10 minutes before my scheduled time, was greeted by the friendly staff, and was brought back to a clean and comfortable room right on time. Dr. Schulze's awesome and friendly assistant Madison happily explained the plan again and gave the opportunity for any questions. The procedure itself was essentially painless. That's how good Dr. Schulze is. He removed the lesion and I relaxed in the reclining chair while he made sure it was a clean and total removal (which it was). He then discussed options about what to do with the small residual divot. He ended up doing a straight line closure that couldn't have been done better by any Plastic Surgeon (trust me, I have plenty of experience seeing good suturing and bad suturing). It was really a masterful closure. In short, Dr. Schulze would be my first (and strongly-encouraged) recommendation to any of my family or friends that would need his services. It was really a perfect medical encounter.

I tucked away her name in my memory in case the need ever arose. From start to finish, she is kind, professional, down to earth, and, yes, her work is flawless. I drove across the city to have her perform my surgery and would recommend her to anyone who needed her services. Her "front desk person" now is wonderful, although I would never let an inconsiderate staff member keep me from a top-notch surgeon. I would simply express my dissatisfaction to the surgeon. She pays 45 per visit with her Cigna Medicare advantage plan. My mom has received an injection from Dr. Fish and complained of more pain in comparison to Dr. Al Khersan, this is probably because he has older methods and is retiring soon.
