They are the movers, not there to think about anything but carrying stuff out. I was their second client of the day and maybe they were tired, that's not my fault. They had bad attitudes, and I was so glad when they left. Not one polite guy in the group. Even woke up my new neighbor with all their laughing and horse play. I have used them once before and they were nice, hard working young people. Very fast and didn't have to be told what to do. This crew was not like that. You live and you learn. I heard lots of breaking glass so I am sure my stemware is all broken. I would not recommend using them. I don't know if Victoria has any good movers.

We paid them thousands of dollars in June 2021 to move a manufactured home, a porch & a handicapped ramp for my 81 yr old mother & my sister to move them from one location in Victoria Tx to another location in Victoria, Tx. On Aug 3, 2021, after numerous delays & excuses, the move was completed. The move should have taken place upon payment in June 2021. After the move, the home was left with cracks in the walls, doors that do not close, trim pieces that are haphazardly put back together, a porch that is still not connected. The water now pours in off the roof and onto a wheelchair ramp that is still not useable for my disabled sister! Since day one (after they cashed our check) we've heard excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long to complete the "paid-for" work and again excuse after excuse for why damages the home experienced during the move have not been repaired. We do not recommend this company based on our experience.

We really appreciated the up front transparency. There were no hidden fees at the end, the estimate / contract we were given was what we paid. While they were working on the house, we decided we wanted them to help us with more work and they quickly got us estimates for the extra work and they got the work done quickly as well. Lastly, we worked with them remotely and they shared photos about materials and the finished product. We asked Angela if she had a recommendation for a cleaning company and she offered to do it for a competitive rate! They also offered to mow our lawn! The list of positives is endless. I could not have found a better team. From the day of the initial walk-through and bid to completion the team was professional, courteous, educational when needed, excellent communicators. They not only bring expertise they also bring integrity. They truly treat the job as if it was their own home. They removed/replaced old drywall, painted, remodeled down to the studs in some areas to expand the space as much as possible, replaced flooring, repaired poor plumbing from previous job, completely gutted and rebuilt the bathroom, replaced/repaired windows and doors. I was living and working in the house at the time, and they did an excellent job of minimizing disruptions. I was as informed as I needed to be - no more, no less. I would recommend them to everyone. I will be working with them again in the future to update some items in the main house.
