I do not know his name I do know he works here because he was giving out change but when I asked for change he asked me what it was for well of course I'm washing clothes. But not once that I see him as people that were playing the game what they need to change for. I've taken my shirts to get dried clean time and time again and every time I always still see dirt around the collar. Like isn't your job to CLEAN? How are you going to give it back to me not clean. That's the whole point. Additionally I'm not very savvy with buttons and I've taken one of my polo button downs to this location 3 times already and asked for them to fix the button as it was almost falling off. Every time they don't fix it and it's my mistake to not check before I leave but that's the only request I have when I take it in. Fix the button. I thought you know 3rd time is the charm. Well it wasn't. This time the button was completely gone and they didn't even bother trying to use one of the other buttons on the inside of the shirt. They even said they had it marked on the receipt and I even CALLED BACK after I dropped it off to make sure they didn't miss it. They just gave it back to me worse than how I gave it to them. The quality of this location and tide in lubbock has plummeted. Better off doing it yourself or taking your business elsewhere.
