Great laundromat. Even greater staff. Granted, I'm not a regular -- I only visit when I need to wash bedspreads, blankets, or other items that are too large for my home washing machine. However, every time I come to the laundromat, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. It's also obvious that the employees take pride in the facility, as it's consistently clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. My only complaint is that the credit card readers on some machines simply will not accept authorization and consistently decline the transaction. read more

Caprock Laundry Center off of University establishment was unwelcoming, dirty, and smelled of cigarettes not only on the inside, but as well as in the washers and dryers. When you go to this laundry mat do not expect a friendly atmosphere. When I decided to clean my clothes here the rude and unpleasant "manager" decided to tell me AFTER watching me on the cameras that I wasn't supposed to put my laundry soap in a certain way and acted as if I was already told by another worker not to do so. If they wanted you to do your laundry a certain way they should put out signs or have the loud and obnoxious employees to do something relating to their job and tell you before hand. Rather than sitting in the office watching on the cameras and coming out after sitting there and waiting to say something. I would highly suggest going to another laundry mat and taking the extra five minute drive to a nicer facility. read more

I was in Lubbock for funeral and we were there about 5 nights. The laundry at hotel was down so we went to laundromat as I hate packing dirty clothes. Very clean and well kept. WiFi available and tv while you waited. Someone was cleaning & walking around while we were there if ever back in Lubbock definitely a go to. My favorite thing coin or card could be used. read more

I rarely go to a laundromat, but this one seems pretty good. Lots of washers and dryers at different prices, although I think they are a bit high. The only real issue I have is people with quarters use the credit card machines, both wash and dry. They don't have many credit card machines, I'm not sure why. I had to wait 20 minutes to use a credit card machine since that was all I had. How about putting up signs on the credit card machines that say something like, PLEASE RESERVE FOR CREDIT CARD USERS. Just moved here a few months ago and needed to find a place to do laundry. This place is actually across town from where I live but it is very much worth it. Who I assume is the owner, is always cleaning machines/area and ensuring even the parking lot is spotless. He even went out of his way to start conversation with me while adding in a fist bump lol. Plenty of variety for sizes of washer/dryers and you can use coins/card. The surrounding staff is just as friendly and reliable. Overall a very solid place to do laundry. read more

I visit weekly and I always put in my laundry to wash. At times there's too many people waiting for laundry and I set my timer to wait in my vehicle. Awful to have to walk in and see an attendant moving my laundry right after the timer goes off because another customer starts complaining that I didn't come in the moment the washer went off. Hands down the absolute best laundry service ever ! I travel for work therefore I use these wash and fold places often but this one is different! They actually band all the underwear and socks in a paper band to keep them together as if they wear packaged new , pretty awesome! read more

I was greeted by the sweetest attendant and she was so helpful and kind. I opted to do the drop-off service and I was very pleased with how quickly my laundry was completed! I dropped it off at 9:30AM today and got a text it was finished at 1:12PM! I asked them not to fold and my clothes came folded anyways but there are worse problems in life (haha!) just didn't want them to do extra work if I was going to unfold it and hang it up. Hi, I work at Caprock Laundry Center and we have top loaders and front loaders. We have the front loaders that will wash your laundry for a light wash 23 min.Med wash for 27 minutes and the Heavy wash for 32 min. The light wash is a regular wash and rinse for normal price . The medium wash will add $.25 more for a pre wash and wash and two rinses and the heavy wash adds $.50 more for a pre wash and wash and three rinses. We have small, medium , large and extra large washers - normal wash starts off with the small $2.50, Medium regular wash $3.50 and Large regular wash $4.50 and extra large washers regular wash $6.00 so if you would like to come visit , look for an attendant on duty that will help you get started. Quit if you don't like your job!! When I first started coming here, I was in love! Being able to use my debit card, the area Is clean and the washers and dryers are in great shape. However, the last 4 visits I've had a very unpleasant experience due to staff. All the ladies are very kind but one seems to always have something to say to me or gives me a ugly look. First time, there was an old spill (it was already dried) on a washer I had just started and she assumed it was me and looked back directly at me and glared. Also I'm a single mom so one week I worked til 9pm and night was my only choice to wash. I was told I could only wash one load at 9:30 (last wash is 9:45 via website in which I checked before arrival) also washes start and end at the same time so why couldn't I wash 2?! I said sorry and the other lady was so sweet and tried to make up for the rudeness of the other lady. Today she kept asking me "huh,"seeming annoyed. when I tried talking to her through my mask so I lifted it down for her to hear me, she rudely told me to put on my mask,probably annoyed she's having to get off her phone to help me. I've been nice every time, but im now tired of it. This will be my last visit here. read more
