This is an expensive copy store located in Montrose, but it's much better than Kinko's and gets all the copying business for the Hipster Community done in a much more efficient and friendly way. It's easy to get around and has everything you would need. They're just a really good store and I support them. I just wish the prices were a bit lower but I get it. It's a high-rent area. I've been here 3 different times and cannot seem to get the help I need. If you want to print something quick and simple this place may work since it has a self-service station. Unfortunately if you need something in booklet form or a special order the staff do not seem to know how to help. I saw good reviews for this place which is why I kept giving them a chance but it never worked out. He's been my contact for the last month. He's awesome! He has been corresponding with me via email about the invites. I really appreciated his comments and suggestions about the invitation; he helped me to make the invite look more centered and perfect. I was able to email the PDF to him, he made a proof, and then printed the invites. They were PERFECT! He called and emailed me when they were finished each time. Copydotcom is great for your paperwork needs but I advise anyone who is unfamiliar with the facility to avoid the short white girl with stringy hair and glasses.. she will make your experience miserable, providing you with unnecessary wit and customer service skills that turn a simple trip to the copy center awkward and difficult. This particular employee tried directing me to do something that would've taken much longer than the time i came to spend there. Insisting I do something I DID NOT COME TO DO with what little time the location had before closing with snarky efficiency I've been to copydotcom at least a dozen times and never had this kinda problem until she decided she was gonna assist me Unless her job is to give ppl a hard time, she shouldn't work there. I usually come here to get some posters printed for my events. I really can't say to much about their customer service on the floor since there's really not much there. The people there don't really speak to you unless you speak to them and none of the people there look to happy about working there either. Biggest drawback is their policy regarding orders that you have them make but never pick up. I tried putting in an order over the phone today and was made aware that I had an order that I never picked up a while back. I don't want to pay extra for something that I changed my mind on a long time ago. It's a huge inconvenience for me just makes me want to take my business elsewhere. read more

We were having some issues with uploading my files but we got it figured out. The quality is nice and very cheap as well. I would definitely return if I was printing cheap and good quality pictures. They turned around my wedding programs in less than 24 hours (which was good, because I was getting married in about 48 hours). I worked with Hilary, who sat down with me for 1.5 hrs on 2 occasions to adjust my files to my liking, get all the envelope addresses right, and do test prints. I was recently in need of some materials to be laminated. My options were Kinko's which has been purchased by FedEx, and my experience with them is it is slow and very expensive so I wanted to keep it local and go with a different option. I had a deadline to get some name tents printed over the weekend and, against my better judgment, took the job to another copy shop with lackluster Yelp reviews. 12 hours later they told me, "This will take us 2 days to do and it'll cost $300" which was annoyingly extreme for the size of the job. I reached out to Copydotcom and they did the job for me on short notice, while I was driving back in town. I was able to drive straight there and find the job done flawlessly in 2 hours for ~$75. Lesson learned, I'll be bringing all future local printing needs to these guys. If you ever have the urge to be made to feel like a dumbass, come to this place!! I went in to print a proof for some graduation pictures. I was sent to a computer and was basically told to just click print. It wasn't that simple. I asked the lady to help me and after hesitating to get up from her chair I asked her to help print 5 wallet size pictures. In her most condescending tone she admonished me for not having the pictures pre-formatted in wallet size. Then I asked her to help me format them; I don't really know what she said but what I heard was "Why did you bother coming in here with your problems, I'm not going to help you, and you're stupid for not knowing how to use software to format your pictures." She went back to her counter and left me at the computer. Clearly, I was not going to get help, so I just walked out. Furious. I have no clue what the quality of their work is but I never plan to find out. They had a sign on the window that read: "people on yelp love us." That may be true but not for me. read more

Their copies are about twice the price of Office Max (on west gray) and they charge for computer time even if all you do is print a PDF! I'd say the quality of their prints (laser colors on cardstock) are a little better but not necessarily that much better. I'd like to support a local business instead the neighborhood big box, but I've found the copy staff at Office Max friendly also and I have to say that getting charged for computer time (to print a simple PDF) while paying 2x the price really, really bugs me. read more
