Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! We first reached out to 21st Century Painters back in May 2022 for a whole-house estimate. Fast forward to March 2026: as we began preparing for broader home renovations, we reconnected with them for an updated whole-house quote. After hiring a handyman to take care of minor repairs around the house, we were finally ready to paint by May. Because 21st Century is so popular with local school districts and commercial clients, their summer schedule fills up fast. However, they promised they could start our project in August during the first week of school, and they delivered right on schedule. Throughout the planning phase, they were incredibly responsive to all my questions and accommodating whenever I needed to update our project scope. When work began, the execution was incredible. They initially estimated the job would take between a week and a half to two weeks. For our nearly 3,200 sq. ft. home, we stayed at a nearby Airbnb expecting a longer process, but their team was so efficient they started on Monday and wrapped up completely by Saturday! The quality of work was outstanding, and their customer service is truly top-notch. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I was amazed when I did my initial walkthrough. There were only a few minor spots that needed touch-ups; everything else looked flawless.
