We called this Discount Tire (the nearest one to us at the time) and an absolute angel named Jayson answered the phone. He said he would stay at work late to help us out so we didn't have to camp on the side of the road for the night. When we arrived, he was there with his boss. Both men were so kind and helpful, I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about this place. Luckily, the tire had the protection warranty on it and the new tire was in stock and fully covered. We were on our way in no time. What could've been a disaster for our trip, turned out to be an experience that renewed our faith in humanity and good old-fashioned customer service. The staff at Kroozers called me at home just to fix the problem and they went above and beyond to fix my car problem and how unhappy I was with the business. This showed me they truly care about their customers and I regret writing them a bad review. I realize that EVERY business is going to mess up from time to time. It's how they handle those mess ups that show the true character of the business. I at least raised him with enough sense to use ethanol free gas! He called me as he was leaving Oklahoma and asked me to find him a 100% gas station and this was the only one in Amarillo. To me that is nuts. EVERY station in Texas should have corn-free gas available!!!! So. After Chase gases up I'll re-post. I called Interstate and a very polite fella' assured me they do in fact sell REAL gas and that they were just off I-40, exit 72A. Okay he got 100% gas! Friendly people prices as good as could be expected while living in the dark shadow of our current anti-energy prezzy. Very, VERY convenient location! Great place! We highly recommend!!
