To start, we've been coming here forever, we used to come here at least 2-3 times a week. which…read morewill now end. we bought a piece of glass from this shop yesterday and as soon as it got warm, it exploded in our hands. upon bringing it in, we found out that not only will they not refund us, but they KNEW this product cannot get hot (even though that's literally what it's meant to do), and still sold it to us anyways for a "discount". there's no warnings or disclosures either, and before purchasing it, we weren't told about how it exploded on the first use for one of your employees as well, we were only told that AFTER it had already exploded on us. also the lady who spoke to me on the phone today about the matter copped an attitude because i threatened to pursue legal action if i didn't get a refund. if you like your eyes and limbs attached, do not go here. they buy glass for pennies on the dollar and sell it to you for $40 knowing it could kill you. doesn't seem like a very professional company if i've ever seen one.

However if you are coming for pipes I don't think you'll find anywhere better. The selection of pipes is amazing and their house blends of pipe tobacco is plentiful. Multiple brands, styles, and materials of pipes and pipe accessories. The staff is very helpful, I've mostly been taken care of by Tanner and James, both of which are very friendly. Not only that but very outgoing and willing to not only help me purchase my first pipe, but also teach me how to smoke, clean, what the different tobaccos are, what affects the price, and the sorta basic pipe 101 course. I wish I could say I won't go anywhere else for my pipes and cigars but unfortunately with school I have to go elsewhere. But so long as I am in Houston and when I come back to Houston this will be my shop for sure

I've found the same cigars they have for far cheaper, like $5-10 a cigar cheaper. If this wasn't a tobacco shop it wouldn't bother so much. Their knowledge of their product is pretty much non-existent. I can't comment on the prices of cigarettes or other products, the current owners have taken this place down hill.
