What a fantastic personality! Meeting her made for a fantastic trip to this coffee shop. On top of that, I was meeting a cousin, who I had not seen in over 30 years, who happened to know Briana. Every single time I've gone in for the past 2 years they say, "oh, the wifi is down"...just say you don't want to pay for wifi for your customers. As much as I want to support local small business over chains, at least the chain coffee shops are clean and have working wifi.
