Specifically new chases and collars on 12 units. They came out and completed the work and everything was good. Until it rained. Two units had leaking inside their chimney stacks. They sent someone out the next day that took pictures and said it wasn't their work. That it must be of sideways rain or the tree next to the units, so we said okay maybe. Then it rained again and again we had leaking. The chimney person came out again and when I asked him what the game plan was for him to address the issues, he said it wasn't his work. That is was the roofer's fault. I explained to him again the leaking and that it was from the chase work. Again he insisted that it wasn't his work. I asked him if he would take a water hose up there and water test it. He told me that it would be an extra charge for that and it wasn't here work. He then proceeded to tell me that he has already been paid for this job and this isn't his problem. I then said to him, I wasn't sure why he wasted his time coming out here if all he was going to do is take pictures again. The roofer game by and first did a water test on the roof. No issues! Then the placed the hose on top of the new chase and the leaking happened again to both units. Roofer said that this company did not seal the chase properly, so they had to remove it and reseal the unit. It rained and it now does not leak. In short, don't hire this company cause they don't ensure their work is correct and are not willing to listen to customers!

United Water Restoration came to my house on 1/12/22 and gave me a quote to clean all of my vents, took a deposit for half, then called me the next day to say they didn't quote me the correct price and it would be more than double what they originally quoted. I told them I was not longer interested and asked for a refund, which they agreed to provide. I've called them three times since then because they still have not refunded my money.

We had a bill for $36K and we had to pay the bill as soon as possible or they threatened to put a lien on our house. The insurance company only allowed $30K of the expense, saying the additional $6K was extraneous. Therefore we had to cover the extra cost out of pocket. Appt was scheduled for 8AM.,,,8:50AM no one has shown up. I called the owner at 8:50; she said their on their way; sorry about that, they got a late start. Well - no one showed up and Jerrie would not return my call. Very unprofessional; left me in a bind, trying to find someone else and now having to pay more with less than 24 hours notice before the final closing on the sale of home. Recommendation: Don't schedule service with this company if you need your house cleaned chances are they won't show up!

Upon cleaning day before the start of the window for the maids arrival I received a call from the manager who stated that the maid that was schedule was not able to come. The manager asked if we could reschedule or he would come himself later. The rescheduling was not an option so the manager and 1 other person serviced my property. So the cleaning was just ok. I was really expecting for it to shine and to smell really fresh and it wasn't. I ended up having to go back and wipe the kitchen countertop and the isle before my tenant arrived because I could still see crumbs and residue on the granite. The floor was vacuumed however, the corners were not, so debris still remained against the walls. Also, in the master bathroom they did a wonderful job on the shower door but there was soap scum left on the shower wall that I had to clean before the tenant came. So overall I felt like the cleaning was just sub par. But good luck to the business and maybe if the actual maid would have came the results would have been better but I think I will have to try another provider.
