Very pricey. And not a lot of attention goes into a visit. For instance, you do bloodwork the first time you go the second visit you are handed your blood work, but nobody goes over it with you like you're just supposed to understand what's going on. Didn't have a visit with the doctor on the second visit and didn't even say congratulations on my 14 pound loss. A colossal waste of time - made an appointment because I had an active phentermine prescription in the past and it helps to manage weight gain from thyroid issues. I specifically asked about the prescription program. Show up. They took my measurements and told me I didn't qualify but they had shots! No. They use inositol in their weight loss shots which drives down your testosterone and increases weight gain. If they had been upfront about the qualifications (body mass) for the prescription program I would not have wasted my time. Wasting anyone's time is not good business practice. read more

I've been to better. I only tried this place because I needed a local clinic to continue my journey from starting it in another state. The atmosphere and office was giving DMV realness. The doctor wasn't physically in the office and called me on my personal phone to only prescribe a appetite suppressant. Very impersonal. The scale they weigh you in is in the hallway so everyone walking by can e see your weight. I just ended up making the hour drive to Killeen to another clinic and glad I did. read more

After being stuck for far too long on a plateau at my heaviest point in life, and then hearing and seeing good results from TWLC, I decided to take a chance and try them for myself. After one month, one prescription, four shots, (and a "weeeeeeeeeeeeee" little bit of cheating ), I am pleased to report a 21 pound weight loss. I have even been able to maintain this weight loss through my "holiday eating", by continuing the small changes I made in my diet. If I could put 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have gone to this weight loss clinic. The first was two years ago and while the program works (which is why I went back) the staff needs some work. The first time they charged me for the program and messed up my injections but fixed it with ease and I had no other problems. This time however the staff messed up on my injections yet again and I ended up having to pay out more money for the program I already purchased. The manager then told me that the package I was telling them I purchased doesn't and never did exist (funny cause I can just make up a package off the top of my head). The manager "discounted" the injections that I needed to finish out my package but informed me that if I didn't keep my voice down she would have to escort me out of the building, even though I was no where near raising my voice. I was pretty calm considering the situation I was in, I was def mad, but calm. I then went to grab the door to go pay for my injections, she ended up grabbing it first and yelled at me that if I didn't keep my hands off of her she would call the police. I was in total shock. I went back into the room received my injections and left in tears. Please be aware when selecting this clinic for your weight loss journey. It does work, however, if you desire to be treated with any respect and not be scammed I would go elsewhere. Once I finish my last month I will never be returning. read more

I am currently not a customer of this center yet but will be in a few days. Although what convinced me to consider them was a handful of people I know that showed great results. A neighbor of mine was big into dieting and weight loss. For several years I watched her struggle with losing weight till the day she came here. It was a dramatic change after 6 months. She looks fabulous. I have many customers at my job that are currently using their services and are extremely satisfied. Even a co worker did it herself just to shed some pounds and did just that in a couple of weeks. I must say the last review sounds like a p/o ex employee that is trying to corrupt a business. This the first review I have ever done so that should tell you that I'm pretty upset. Paid $490 for the HCG protocol injections. I have been very successful in the past with hcg so I was willing to pay extra for a clinc experience instead of just ordering online. Bad decision!! The staff was not trained on HCG protocol AT ALL. They gave me wrong information that, if you aren't familiar with the protocol, would had lead to zero weight loss. The PA didn't seem to know much more than them. When I called him -after a week of starving- to let him know the dosage wasn't high enough he said to "double it".. What??!! This is a medical professional? ANd the 'clinic experience' I was looking for? Well, they told me I could come in and use their scales but no apts necessary. What? No follow up? I'm on my own!!?? Looks like I will upping my dosage (had to research on my own) and chalking this up to a 'life experience'. These people are cashing in on our desperation to get a handle on our health.
