He did not show up for a month then came and did a rushed partial job. He returned two days later to finish the job. Then two weeks passed and again no communication. After another no call, no show, I asked if he could mow my yard shorter since he is not keeping his weekly schedule. I found an email stating he was no longer servicing my lawn. Just like that, no worning and with my grass almost 9" tall. Very unprofessional and very unexpected. I hope others will now receive a on-time service from him. No advanced notice, and quiting after not mowing for two weeks puts one in a bind. I hope he figures it all out. I should say John did not charge for the last mow. I would hope in the future he would give the person more notice than two weeks later.

He tried to tell me that they were out here for a hour and I'm like no you weren't cause we have cameras with a timestamp and I can see when you go and come. They left chunks of grass that were not even cut.. they missed a whole strip on the back! I asked them to edge and they didn't. Once I texted him that I wasn't happy he said sorry-- That was all. No offer to come back out and fix it, no offer to give a discount, nothing. He is a horrible business owner and has super lazy workers! Do not use! He started the weekly mowing, but kept delaying my spring cleanup and even "double booked" himself once. Mistakes happen, but he continued to jerk me around by telling me the cleanup could be done the following weekend. By the time the weekend rolled around, Erick could not do the cleanup because "the rain pushed everything back". Ok, I get it, weather is unpredictable. So we agreed upon the following Monday. Well, Monday came and went and Erick was a no show. I reached out to him several times to find out what was going on and if he had me in the schedule. No response. He completely went silent on me. This is incredibly frustrating as I contacted Erick over a month ago about a spring cleanup and was relying on this service to host a gathering in my back yard this week. Dusty's ProYards has inexplicably quit serving our home…read more I have had to ask when they will be out because they never tell me. I keep asking them to please treat the area along our fence and they haven't. I've asked them to treat our garden bed in the front because it's going nuts with weeds and we live in an area with an HOA. Ive agreed to pay for their add on service for that treatment. I've attempted to set up days and times for an appointment and all of the sudden they are ignoring me and showed up today to treat my neighbors lawn and left ours!!!! The guy Adam no-showed and won't answer messages all of the sudden. Ive asked him to meet with me so I can show him where not to spray and have expressed concern over the fact that our lawn is inexplicably dying in certain areas and asked for no further fertilizer to be added. Let me be clear, we have not asked for anything crazy or been obnoxious in any way. I've asked normal reasonable questions and now all of the sudden they won't respond and def aren't honoring their advertised services. They haven't come out to treat for weeds between services when I've told them about areas they have missed or how much we need the weeds in the front to be sprayed. They're the gnarliest, tallest grass weeds I've ever seen and when I try to pull it myself it comes up in GIANT clumps disturbing the weed mat and gravel in the area. I really need it sprayed so I can just pull dead grass instead of the mutant grass that's destroying everything. The picture below is one I took that happens to show where some of the lawn is dying. There are other giant/worse patches where the grass has died completely. Needless to say I can't stand these people. False advertising and strange behavior. Will be looking for a reputable company to take over.
