Dan was able to resolve my problem and advise on the possibility that this could happen again. He provided a discounted quote on a new water heater and let me know he would be there when I made the decision to replace my water heater. We had a major watervleak that needed a restoration company involvement. Although about $25K to fix insurance was helpful. During the fix Wes rerouted the culprit pipe. At the end of the project a few months later another leak from the rerouted pipe. Both restoration company and plumber claimed it wasn't their responsibility on new leak and we are now holding the bag (and cost) for the newest damage.....from the same piping. Hard to believe. Sadly we need to look for another restoration company....and another plumber. We had to let Wes and Simply Plumbing go.
