I purchased a bike with an extended warranty. After a year I sold my bike. I won't bake to the dealership and cancelled my extended warranty. I later found out that the Texoma waited a month before sending it back to Harley Financial. I tried calling Chris twice to figure out where my refund was. He never returned my call. That effectively lowered my return by a few hundred dollars. With so many HD dealerships in the area go somewhere else. They act as if you need them more than they need you. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. read more

purchased a brand new low rider s. a week later there was an intermittent electrical issue they couldn't figure out. when I broke down coming from their dealership they left me on the side of the road to figure it out. They put 70 miles test riding the bike said it was good. got it home and same issue. took it back and asked to switch to a non defective bike. The only way they would "make it right" was using the defective bike they sold me as a trade in putting me upside down in order to ride out with something that actually works. pathetic! no integrity, no loyalty. worst buying experience of my life. I have a call in to corporate now, Im hoping they will have a company standard they will be forced to follow, but so far no help whatsoever. read more

1st off, I am a HUGE HD fan! Been a fan since I was a kid and it is a bit upsetting that I have post this. I have never stepped foot into this facility however, my 17 yr old daughter visited this place and accidentally dropped one of their helmets. The damage wasn't huge and I am sure helmets get dropped all the time. They immediately made my daughter pay them $100 as she was trying to get a hold of me. By the time I spoke with her, she had already given the money. I understand that this was my daughter's fault but making her pay $100 is unacceptable, in my opinion. I'm sure they have insurance that can cover whatever damage might of been made. I am completely disgusted and I am in the process of pushing this up HD corporate ladder! I tried to get a price on 2022 HD Ultra Limited but could never get the sales man to get me a firm price. I was repeatedly told that I would have to physically come in to the dealership before I could get a price. I told them that I just needed to know what extra fees they wanted to charge on top of the full price of MSRP and they could not even commit to telling me a price. Unbelievable! I ended up calling a honda dealership and got a price over the phone. I also called Freedom Powersports and got a straight up price on an Indian. read more

I needed a Dunlop WW rear tire, searched on H-D.com and saw they had one in stock. Drove from out of town to get it and was told they couldn't/wouldn't sell it to me "over the counter"! I asked were they for real he's said "it's because of the warranty, you'll have to bring your bike in". I just wanna buy a tire...nope! Would not sell me one. The service "kid" said they couldn't be sure how I would install it. Well hell, that goes for everything! I went straight home, super pissed, got on H-D.com ordered the damn tire and they shipped it to my door. I'll never be back. Terrible customer service and attitude! read more

I felt it was necessary to leave a review based on my latest service at Texoma Harley. I took my 2003 Ultra Classic in for a Bronze level cleaning. Meagan came out to look at my bike before cleaning it and to set the proper expectation. We had a brief chat and she took my bike to begin. I came in the following day as agreed upon, paid for the service and Meagan brought my bike around for me to see it. It looked like it rolled off the showroom floor!! Meagan is a Rock Star! Buyers caution this dealership does not check out there used inventory. I bought a used Victory Vegas Febuary 2014. I was told it was in great shape and ran perfect. I had it shipped it to Colorado started it and it started fine. The first nice day I took it out for a ride and it ran sluggish. I took it to the dealer in Colorado and I was told the bike needs a new fuel pump and ECM. I asked Texoma to send this dealer the parts and I will pay for installation. They said NO sorry. I have been a Hog member for years. Worst dealer I have ever seen... Don't have your work done at this shop they are clueless. read more

I have had nothing but disappointment from this dealership....everything I was "promised" was never accomplished on time. it was always next week. Typical of old school car salesmen. I paid extra to have a custom paint, which came back the wrong color, but in their favor they did correct that, and the bike looks great it only took a month from when i bought it...(sarcasm). next I was told a helmet was on the way and it would be 6-7 days from when it was shipped. 6-7 days later...Nope its not here. I asked if they knew when to expect it....Nope we don't have any idea., check back thursday or friday. friday came i was told nope it hasn't been ordered yet. i explained when i was previously told it was on the way and put on hold briefly only to get the answer.....my mistake its on the way...I'll call ya when it gets here sounds way too much like don't call us we'll call you kind of brush off.
