I hired this firm after an accident involving an uncooperative at-fault party with expired documentation. However, the representation so far has been incredibly passive. On June 9th, I received an email stating that the other insurance company was verifying coverage. A full week later, on June 16th, I received a text message giving me the exact same update--that the other insurance company is 'waiting on a statement.' It has been weeks of radio silence with no significant progress or actual strategy since. Meanwhile, I am stuck driving a damaged vehicle that is a safety hazard while the other insurance company drags this out. I didn't hire a prominent law firm to just have vague updates forwarded to me while driving an unsafe car. I expected proactive representation to force a liability decision and a property damage evaluation, but right now I feel completely pushed to the side. Very disappointed with the communication and lack of action."
