Surrounded by nice people into the same hobbies as me, hearing people talk about awesome cards they pulled, deals being made, just the flip of a binder page makes me feel like I'm wanted there. I love Carolina Comics and the people who run it and I even got my dad to come I to the store every now and then. Oh and the pricing on single cards are pretty fair. When I went to question the value and how he could check the value he laughed at the games and asked if I wanted the $15 or not. The…read moreemployees are, for the most part, either rude or just don't care and usually are not very knowledgeable with the excepting of one employee with black hair and darker skin without glasses (I don't wanna name names). For example: I went in the other day looking for a game for my new PS4. There was a dirty blond hair guy working and another guy in the shop, I don't think he was an employee since I've never seen him there before (or after) the event. Well he (the employee) recommended the game I wanted for the PS4, and said they would not have the game I was looking for until the following Friday at the soonest. Well I was willing to wait until then, and the employee proceeded to go back to looking at his computer. The other guy proceeded to help me with picking out another game for my PS4, and called the employee out and told him the he should help me with recommending games. He (the employee) said that they didn't have the game I wanted and there was nothing he could do about it. I left after taking that other guys advice and buying a great game he recommended. The employee did nothing but tell me when they would have the game I originally came in for, and take my money when buying the game that other customer helped me pick. I bought that game I was looking for at the other Gameking. Overall this use to be a nice game store, now its filled with rude employees. Not all are bad, there is one employee that is always helpful and stuff. Just not my place to really shop now unless I can't get to GameStop or the other GameKing. Fire some employees and maybe you'll do better. The only thing keeping me from giving it one star is the one employee I mentioned in the first paragraph, and out of the general fact that this GameKing is still slightly better at some things then GameStops.
