The kids section through the little lighthouse is SO cute and the young lady working at the register was really sweet. Pro tip, if you're a member of the YMCA, you get a discount! We didn't get a chance to try out the cafe because we were coming from having brunch, but the cafe looked really cute. I also loved that they feature and sell local artists' stationery. Employees are always helpful and available. The store is always clean, neat, and organized. One of the many reasons I go to the store vs online shopping is to view specialty items for gifts. Also, the games department is my go-to for Christmas secret Santa gifts. I also shop the sale sections to pick up great bargains and tuck them away for birthdays so I don't have to do last minute shopping. My latest visit started in the coffee shop where a delightful young woman, Laken, waited on me. She was very helpful and friendly. I could go on and on, but this Barnes & Noble store gets a 10 out of 10 in my book every visit.

I'm grateful to see a thriving bookstore still open in this day of the internet. I need to have something in my hands and not read on the computer screen. I have been on the kick do of audiobooks this year ... so looking inside a bookstore is fabulous. Bathroom was clean but there was the unmistakable smell of urine. Joe Muggs was pretty busy but I didn't get anything from there. Lots of clearance going on. The only thing I didn't like was how dark it was on the outer walls.
