I was given a quote over the phone for price of service. I was given highlights that were choppy and not blended that looks like I had sun in put on my hair. It took over 3 hours and still looked like crap. Then was charged twice the amount I was quoted. The next day I message to ask if they could fix it and they said they would only if I paid for product which would have been an addition 50$. I absolutely love this salon! I've been going to Kylie for about 5 haircuts now and I always walk out with a smile on my face. The most recent one has got to be my favorite because she listened to my concerns and did exactly what I imagined. I have very straight and flat hair but with the cut she gave me (whispy bangs and lots of layers) it now has volume and movement! The store is quite tidy and has a nice restroom. I really thought this salon would be a step up from the neighboring store, but I was wrong. I'm extremely disappointed I spent 200 dollars on my hair just to have another color correction from the terrible work she did. I won't embarrass her, but I could just tell she thought I was a bad tipper and uneducated on how to properly use a hi-lift tint in my hair. First off, she NEVER touched my roots. Not once in my two visits there. Thanks for my ash brown roots with newly lifted blonde hair (which was weaved btw, who does a weave when a client wants a FULL-head color change?) I basically look like I have terrible, brassy highlights on top of my previously red hair. This was not the worth the money at all and I would NEVER recommend a woman to go here. I also just had my hair cut from her and it also looks terrible. She just did my ends, not bothering to take some of the overgrown weight or touch up my layers in my hair. I have extremely thick hair and it is essential that I have great layers for movement Especially with the intention to recolor/hi-lift again. Tisk tisk. I said a good 2" not 1/4 of an inch, chica. Take your Supercuts/Great Clips education somewhere else and give me someone actually Redkin or Paul Mitchell trained. Your education on hair TRULY shows.
