American Nails - The acrylic nail is barely even on my nail.

Place wasn't very clean from water tap, dust on table and spills on employee cabinets, they offered…read moreacrylic nails but didn't understand how to do it . The pedicure was ok but they blotted on old poliah instead of getting new and didn't add a top coat. Was also upcharged for basic pink powder instead of clear, technicians didn't listen and didn't do well at all. Managers were unhelpful. They said they would have to take off the nails and start over to honor the manicure I requested instead of honoring the price because of techs mistake. Both toes and nails look horrible. Will not go back.

Absolutely not! I came in for a cat-eye design on my natural nails something that should've taken…read morenowhere near 3 hours. The service was terrible from the start. I walked in to find most of the techs either asleep or looking irritated, no one was welcoming at all. The tech who worked on me said she could do a cat-eye, but clearly had no idea how. She had to ask other techs for help multiple times, which felt extremely unprofessional. The result? All my nails look completely different because she applied uneven layers on each one. As for my sister, she got a regular manicure and left looking exactly the same as when she walked in. This place is not welcoming, not professional, and not worth your time. For your sanity, I highly recommend you avoid this salon at all costs. I will NOT be returning.

I used to come to this salon frequently, 2X a month or so, but got away from it for a while. I was…read morereally surprised and disappointed at how grimy it was. Every acrylic sneeze guard, wrist rest, and other surfaces was smudged and pretty dirty, you can't miss it when getting your pedi and look toward the door. I was escorted to the most torn-up pedi-station, really no reason for it. There were others that had less worn-out seats. Cup-holders were grimy. Too many employees sitting around with their phones. I'm also surprised at any business opening up after the pandemic that hasn't scrubbed their place top to bottom. That place would sparkle like it used to with a little effort. The services seemed uneven, too, $50/pedi with some choices, $15/manucure without even a discussion. I don't mind that my gal didn't speak English, but a card outlining the service as they had for the pedis would be great. It's no longer worth the drive from Omaha to this salon.

I was there and got a manicure and pedicure. It was horribly done. She had to re do it twice the…read morethird time I was already done for the day. I arrive at 11:45am and didn't leave til 2:15pm closer to 2:30pm. As I was leaving the gentleman checking me out took a look at my nails and asked if he could fix them. At this point I didn't even say anything or complain about them. He just noticed how terrible they looked. I said ok say back down and he tried but I think the older lady before had just done such a horrible job he at least tried to go back and correctly put the clear shellac coat over it. Mind you there was still red under the acrylic nails from the lady not correctly removing the shellac. So, just so you get the visual this is the 3rd attempt to fix my nails. As for my pedicure. I picked out a $25 package. That includes a "callus removal/treatment" she didn't do much of any callus removal. Once I seen that she was doing much of a callus removal I offered to pay the extra $5 for an added callus removal and she declined and told me that it was already included in the package I chose. I left there with white polish on my toes not just the toe nails. My nails had glue and clear shellac all over my fingers that I had to pee as I was leaving. I don't think she knew how to correctly do a "stiletto nail" but I would've much rather her be honest and say she couldn't do that style then to attempt and horrible fail. Please don't get me wrong she was very kind and sweet. But nails is just not her thing. Mind you there is a little paper that is taped to all the nail stations with the nail style and even then she should've said "I cannot do this style nail". I complained that same night. I sent their Facebook page a message and asked them to fix my nails and toes. They agreed to do so. But 3 days later I had 1 broken nail on my left hand and 4 broken nails on my right hand. I called them and asked if I could come in that day (it was a Wednesday) I let them know I spoke to Joseph and we initially planned on me coming in the following Sunday but since my nails were falling apart I needed to come in sooner and asked if I could come in that night. The gent on the phone said I could but when I arrive they all seemed bothered and asked me to pay for the pedicure. I told him I had previously spoke with Joseph via phone and Facebook messenger and he told me he'd fix my nails and toes for free. Needless to say the pedicure was mediocre. And here I am 3 days after the "fix" and I have a broken nail on my right hand. I won't be returning. $65 for a terrible job. I'm not happy as I now have to go pay at another salon to get my nail
